Add one-time user to your test

  1. Scroll down to the Candidates area and click on the Manage button.
  2. From the Candidates window, click on the Add button and select One-time users from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the add candidates window, click on the auto-generate candidates link.
  4. Enter 1 (or the number of one-time users you would like to create) into the textbox. Alternatively, use the arrows to increase or decrease the number.
  5. Click on the Generate candidates button.
  6. The list of one-time users appears. You can change the Candidate ID to your name if you wish (e.g., replace the number with a name). 
  7. Click on the Save button.
  8. Click on the Close button to return to the assessment’s setup page.
  9. The Candidates area will now show the number of one-time users you have just added.

Note: At this stage, you can complete the setup of your test and activate it, but in this training workshop we separate this into the next step.
