Inspera Assessment - Manually-marked questions

This method of creating a test is used for central exams and for piloting a question set.

Task to complete

Create a Test

1. Select Tests from the Deliver drop-down menu.
2. From the Create New Test drop-down list, select the Inspera Assessment option.
3. Enter the exam name ABCD1001 Year Semester + Your full name on the Test name textbox, using the naming convention.
4. Click on the book icon to select the required question set.
5. Select the required question set. Tip: Click on the Created by me button to filter your own question sets.
6. Click on the Save button. The selected question set has been added to your test.
7. Click on the list icon to select a template.
8. Select the Non-invigilated exam template.
9. Click on the Save button to confirm the template selection.
10. Click on the Save button. The template will be applied to your test.
11. Enter the:

• start date: same date as you are completing this workshop
• start time: enter relevant time
• end date: same date as you are completing this workshop
• end time: enter relevant time
• duration: no duration is required.

Note: When you complete the test in the next step, you will be able to change the end time if needed.

In the real workflow, you will either:

• Enrol students in an Inspera assessment using CSV file, or
• Add one-time users to Inspera for testing
